Your assessment includes condition focus, state of residence, and clinical history - the inputs used to match you.

02
Match

Provider selected for fit.

A clinician licensed in your state and experienced with your condition. Most patients are matched within 24 hours of completing intake.

03
Care begins

Direct messaging, ongoing.

From your first protocol through adjustments afterward, you message the same clinician. No call centers, no rotating staff.

04
Switching providers

Easy if you need to.

ask about us.

About the practice →
How are providers matched to patients?+
Matching considers your state of residence, the condition you are seeking care for, and clinician availability. Most matches happen within 24 hours of assessment completion.
Can I see a different provider after starting?+
Yes. If your provider is not the right fit, you can request a switch through account access. Lumora can match you with another clinician and continue care without interruption.
Are providers MDs or NPs?+
Lumora's network includes physicians and licensed clinicians who can prescribe in the states they cover. The mix varies by state and care path.
How do I message my provider?+
Patients with active care use account access for care-specific communication. For emergencies, seek in-person care first.
Are video visits available?+
Video visits may be available when a face-to-face conversation is clinically useful or preferred. Many ongoing care steps happen through secure asynchronous communication.
